Delivery time & shipping costs
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders within 4-5 working days. However, we are not always able to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. There is an indication of the delivery time on the product page. If for whatever reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The stated prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are automatically calculated when you order products in our webshop. You will therefore see the shipping costs appear with your order.
Delivery is via DHL, TNTPOST or UPS. In general, the delivery in the Netherlands will take place the next working day after dispatch between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
